Arthur Bruinooge retired from his longtime career in the insurance industry in September of 2014. He was the former president and owner of Sadler Insurance Agency in Nashua, which he sold to Cross Insurance in 2012. Art worked the next two years for Cross in business development and as practice leader for the technology insurance program.
After his retirement, Art joined the Resource Development Committee at CASA prior to his recent appointment to the Board. Art has also served on the Board for the Manchester Boys and Girls Club – serving as director, vice president and on various committees and fundraisers. He is currently a trustee for the organization and a table captain for the annual Foundation of Friends Breakfast. He is also a trustee on the New Hampshire High Technology Council, and a past director of the New Hampshire International Trade Association, among other things.
“I can’t think of a better investment of time or money than helping children at risk,” Art says. “I admire the work that CASA does as well as the dedicated staff, volunteers and contributors that serve this organization. I am honored to serve as a board and committee member.”
Art lives with his wife Barbara and has four grown children and four grandchildren.
