After you submit your application, you may be invited to schedule an interview with two of our staff. These interviews are currently being held via Zoom.
The 60-90 minute interview is an opportunity for us to get to know more about you and for you to ask questions. We will discuss any concerns you have about becoming a CASA advocate, as well as your schedule and your background. We will share specific information about training and the next steps to become a CASA. Rest assured that personal information will be kept confidential.
The interview is a chance for both you and CASA to determine if volunteering as an advocate is will be a good fit. Since a CASA advocate is often the only consistent adult by a child’s side, we carefully consider each applicant. Most applicants – although not all – are ultimately invited to attend our training (also being held virtually for now). We will work with you to get you into the training class that best fits your schedule.
If you have any questions, please call Diane at 603-626-4600 or send her an email.
