It is the policy of CASA of New Hampshire to treat children, families, staff, volunteers, and others who come into contact with the CASA program equitably regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or age in compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations, including, 42 U.S.C. §2000d, 42 U.S.C. §3789d(c)(1), 29 U.S.C. §794, 42 U.S.C. § 12132, 20 U.S.C. §1681, 42 U.S.C. §6102, 28 C.F.R. part 38.
Any person who believes s/he has been the victim of unlawful discrimination may file a complaint with CASA-NH at P.O. Box 1327 Manchester NH 03105-1327
