CASA of New Hampshire works with companies, foundations and other organizations to support the advocacy work our volunteers provide each year for hundreds of children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Our partners sponsor events, provide grants, volunteer on committees, share their ideas and provide in-kind support to help ensure New Hampshire’s children grow up in safe, nurturing homes.

Dan Lagueux and Valerie Vanasse
Owners, New England’s Tap House Grille
Dan Lagueux and Valerie Vanasse, owners of New England’s Tap House Grille in Hooksett, are true community partners. In 2017, Dan and Val took a big chance on a new event, On Tap for CASA, which debuted that March at the Tap House. The inaugural event was a success, and it continued to grow for two more years until the pandemic necessitated cancellation in 2020. On Tap resumed last year, and will return again in 2025 (March 8). Besides hosting On Tap — which is no small thing — Dan and Val continue to show support for CASA in many ways, by regularly attending CASA Cares, joining and hosting Advisory Council meetings, sharing information about CASA at the restaurant, and generally serving as valuable ambassadors for our work. Dan and Val demonstrate a deep commitment to their community as evidenced by their passion for CASA of NH and many other local nonprofits and organizations. We are grateful to count them among our friends.

“Joining forces with CASA of NH is a company-wide decision — because when we ask our employees which organizations we should work with, CASA is always number one. We appreciate the constant efforts their team puts in, and we know it is for the kids — and it makes us all a little more humble.”
