Celebrate 60 years of education and conservation at Squam Lakes Natural Science Center in Holderness! As a special treat, we’ll have the chance to watch the always popular river otters during feeding time and visit the Kirkwood Gardens.

Once we’ve soaked in all the stunning exhibits and blooms, we’ll make our way to The Ice House Creamery for a scoop (or two!) of their homemade ice cream.

Come gather with us at Lavender Fields at Pumpkin Blossom Farm!

As part of our August Out & About event, Training Director Kelly Smith, will lead Rooted & Ready: Sustaining Yourself as a Volunteer — one of the sessions in the Summer Series trainings.

There is something truly magical at the farm — a sense of warmth, positive energy, and a deep calm that only deepens with the healing and soothing presence of lavender. We will learn from owner, Missy Biagiotti, about this remarkable farm and discover the many gifts of lavender — from its role in the kitchen to its power to relax and restore. Expect to leave inspired, refreshed, and perhaps with a few new favorite ways to bring lavender into your own life.

CARPOOL REQUEST: There is limited parking at the farm, so we’ve been asked to carpool. If you can carpool from your location, that is great, OR you can meet us at the Warner Park & Ride located at 212-220 NH Route 103E (Just off the exit from I-89) and we’ll organize carpooling from there.
